Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2012, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven the Category B car in the state of 0.111% of blood alcohol concentration from the front road of 749-13, Ansan-si, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul to the front road of 749-14 of the same 749-14.
