Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A on March 31, 2015, after being sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment at the Gwangju District Court for fraud, etc., on April 8, 2015, the said judgment has become final and conclusive and is currently in the grace period.

1. No person who is the defendant A may register real estate under the name of the title trustee pursuant to the title trust agreement.

Defendant

A shall instruct Defendant B to forge a real estate sales contract, the purchase price of which is unsatisfed, and to submit it to the secured loan document. Defendant B shall, on July 5, 2008, enter the name in the coffee shop where it is impossible to find out the trade name in the summer-dong at the same time, using a verification-type pen in the column of indication of real estate sales and sales contract “F” in the column of indication of real estate, “F”, “1,007,730,000”, and “E” in the seller’s name, respectively.
