The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Summary of Grounds for Appeal

The Defendant did not inflict any injury upon the victim E or H, such as the facts charged.

(M) The sentencing of the lower court (1.5 million won of a fine) is too unreasonable.

(F) On the other hand, the court below found the Defendant guilty of all the facts charged of this case by comprehensively taking account of the evidence duly adopted and examined, and rejected the Defendant’s aforementioned assertion on the grounds of detailed reasons in the part of “judgment on the Defendant and his defense counsel’s assertion.”

In addition to the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below as the grounds for conviction, this part of the charges of this case can be fully recognized. Thus, this part of the defendant's assertion is without merit.

① The victims are consistently and consistently stated to the effect that they suffered bodily injury from the Defendant, as stated in the facts charged, from the police to the court of the court below.
