A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. At around 00:20 on June 3, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s emergency room, night watch room, etc. for about 15 minutes due to force, such as the victim’s emergency room, opening, and opening out of the width, and gathering promotional materials posted on his/her book, while receiving treatment at the D Emergency Hospital in the ethic City C, “infecting the patient,” and having the doctor take a sound to the doctor, and the victim E (the age of 47) who was an officer and assigned at night duty.

B. On June 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol at G Hospital on 03:30 on June 3, 2015, the Defendant: (b) told the victim H (53 years of age) who is a nurse working at that G Hospital, and was urged by the victim to “at least three stories from a regular, off the three floor”; (c) provided the victim with a direction that “I would see that I would see that I would see the three stories from the regular, external, and why I would like to see I would see; (d) reduced the printed materials on his/her book and materials for disinfection; and (d) obstructed the victim’s disease and patient management services for approximately twenty (20) minutes, such as: (a) hospitalized patients and nursing persons, by putting the patient into his/her hands and her care; and (b) obstructed the victim’s disease and patient management services.

2. The Defendant committed assault, at the time and place mentioned in paragraph 1-b, to see 1-b, and to avoid disturbance as described in paragraph 1-b, and to request the victim I (35 years of age), who is an employee of the transport company that he supplies food materials to the above hospital, to help the victim I (35 years of age). He saw the victim's name with his own hand, knife the victim's name on the wall, knife the victim's name on the wall, knife the victim's knife, knife the victim's body by hand, and knife the victim's body by hair.
