1. The sentence against the accused shall be 3,000,000 won;

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased the victim C’s convenience stores, milk, and sirens, etc. working in Jin-si, Jin-si; and (b) requested the said victim to make payment with the OTP card; (c) however, the Defendant requested the victim to make payment with the OTP card. However, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business convenience store by force for about 20 minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as threateninging the Plaintiff’s Kabbs of the above convenience store, and threatening it.

2. On February 23, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties: (a) reported at around 04:35 on February 23, 2017, that “I will not pay the money to the Defendant”; and (b) while moving to a passenger car with Party F and Party G, the Defendant called to the scene after receiving a report at around 112 that “I will not pay the money to the Defendant.”

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported duties.
