A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft by putting off and opening a window by hand the Incheon Michuhol-gu D apartment Embial Crime Prevention House, which is the victim’s residence, at around 11:00 on December 23, 2019, and entering the house, and 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim, 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim, 10,000 won, 14K gings, gings, gings, and gings, from that time to January 17, 2020, by taking money and valuables equivalent to KRW 4,180,000 in total at the market price of 34,510,000,000 in the attached list of crimes (except once 14,00 won).

As a result, the Defendant, who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to special larceny, committed a theft or attempted to steals another’s property.

2. From 06:25 to 21:20 on December 23, 2019, the Defendant attempted to intrude into, or attempted to intrude into, the victim’s residence over 25 times as indicated in the annexed crime list (except for this case 14) between the time when he/she was aware that he/she stolen property between 06:25 to 21:20, and that he/she invadedd the victim’s residence, from that time to January 17, 2020.
