Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

1. On April 28, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) driven by a motor vehicle of the same three-lane 46-lane in the front of the Pacific apartment of the Pacific Asia in the direction of alcohol level 0.18% under the influence of alcohol level 0.18% in blood, and driven the said rocketing motor vehicle in the direction of Dma in the direction of D, which is in C, with two-lanes in the direction of wind.

2. On April 28, 2016, the Defendant, at around 16:10, driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.18% in a section of about 1km from the front of the Seoul cafeteria to the road in the front of the Isan-si, the Isan-si, the Yongsan-dong, the Cystro car in the direction of 1km.
