Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in August 18, 2017 for a violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act at the port support of the Daegu District Court on August 10, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 18, 2017.

Defendant

Nevertheless, around 08:30 on July 6, 2017, Defendant A sold 230 litres equivalent to the market price of 188,600 won (820 won per liter) as fuel for the dump truck to a passenger who drives the kN dump truck, which is the main vehicle that can be moved in the vicinity of the river tunnel in the Nam-gu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seo-gu, U.S., U.S., using a T truck.

As a result, Defendant A, a petroleum retailer, sold a light oil as fuel for a vehicle.

3. 2018 high group 172

A. In using and managing an access medium, Defendant A shall not knowingly convey the access medium.

On October 2015, the Defendant is in the south-gu Superior-dong, South-gu.
