Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a male-child of the victim C's son D.

On February 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased dump truck from a teahouse in the trade name and the United States of America on February 13, 2012; (b) purchased the dump truck in the name of the victim; (c) purchased the dump truck in the name of the victim in the name of the victim; and (d) paid the dump truck in the name of the Defendant and the dump truck in the name of the victim on March 5, 2012; and (c) purchased the said dump truck in the name of the victim on March 5, 2012, and registered it in the name of the victim on March 5, 2012.

As above, the Defendant agreed to repay the registration tax received from the victim and the money in the name of advance until December 2013 in the course of purchasing the above scarb truck and the scarb truck. In order to secure the payment of repayment and the profit accrued from the operation of the truck, the Defendant purchased two of the above scarb truck and provided its ownership as a security to the victim by registering the ownership as the victim. Thus, despite the duty to maintain the security value of the 2 scarb truck until the time of repayment to the victim, the Defendant violated his/her duty and provided the scarb in the scarb on the Seocho-dong on December 2013.
