A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates Emergency Medical Services Act or who inflicts an injury on an emergency patient shall interfere with rescue, transfer, first aid, or medical treatment of the emergency patient by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat of force, or other means;

Nevertheless, on December 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the C Hospital Emergency Medical Center located in the wife population B at Chicago-si around 19:30 on December 6, 2018; (b) caused the victim D (the age of 24) who is a nurse to set the number of his own arms by hand, and scambling the victim E (the age of 26)’s right shoulder, and scam for the same reason; and (c) scambling in hand with scam of the victim E (the age of 26) of the same victim E (the age of 26) on the ground that the Defendant was able to scam, such as “this scambling scam within the prison scam, and scam within the prison scam of 10 years after scambling the automatic entrance door, and scaming the toilet lid.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with emergency medical treatment of nurses who are emergency medical personnel by means of assault, etc., and at the same time, the defendant suffered injury to the victim D, who is a nurse, such as losses requiring approximately two weeks medical treatment, and tensions and tensions in detail.

The Defendant damaged the property at the time, place, as mentioned in paragraph (1), by walking the automatic glass door from the entrance to a place, and then moving the toilet lids from the rest of the toilet.
