Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of two million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on February 6, 2012. On August 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. at the same court on August 30, 2013. On December 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted rape on September 28, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence on September 28, 2015. On April 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on April 25, 2017, and the Defendant appealed and is currently pending in the appellate trial.
