1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 18,000,000 with respect to the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from January 29, 2015 to July 9, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. D’s registration of preservation of ownership was completed on August 22, 2012 with respect to the real estate indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

B. On October 9, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with Defendant C (the name of E Licensed Real Estate Agent’s Office, the location of the office: Ftel in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu) and Defendant B (the Plaintiff’s agent qualification concurrent office) regarding the lease deposit amount of KRW 4.5 million between D and D, and the term of lease from October 9, 2012 to October 8, 2014, setting the lease agreement on subparagraph 201 of the instant real estate (hereinafter “the instant lease agreement”).

The Plaintiff paid KRW 45 million to D, and received delivery of the object of the lease of this case from D around that time.

The Plaintiff completed the move-in report on the instant real estate on October 9, 2012, and acquired the fixed date on the same day.

C. On July 25, 2012, the Ansan-gu Saemaul Savings Depository, regarding the instant real estate, completed the registration of creation of a mortgage with G and the maximum debt amount at KRW 61 billion.

On August 31, 2012, the registration of change of the right to collateral security made the debtor D on August 31, 2012 was completed on August 31, 2012.

(2) On August 22, 2012, H completed the registration of creation of a neighboring mortgage with the maximum debt amount of D and 2.5 million won.

(1) On April 18, 2013, H filed an application for a voluntary auction on the instant real estate with the Daejeon District Court Branch I for the repayment of the claim for the second collateral collateral of the instant case, and the said court rendered a decision to commence voluntary auction on April 18, 2013, and on April 18, 2013, H completed the registration of the decision to commence the auction on the said real estate.
