A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) around May 18, 2015, at the above E-market underground parking lot, the victim G gets profits by selling at a price of 90% the gift certificates at the price of 70% after purchasing the store store at the price of 70%; and (b) he/she intends to return profits by combining the principal and 10% interest after a month when investing in the gift certificates business.
