A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:49 on March 6, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.110%, and the Defendant was driving a e-purd vehicle from the 2km section to the D convenience store located in Seopo City B apartment in Seopopo City C from Seopo City to Seopo City.

2. On March 6, 2019, around 01:44, the Defendant: (a) caused an accident involving the centralized separation zone in front of the E-Aburged vehicle that was driven prior to the D convenience shop in Western-si; (b) and (c) caused the Defendant’s wife F to be punished for a drunk driving; (c) in turn, the Defendant’s wife F would be deemed to have caused an accident while driving the said Aburged vehicle; and (d) asked F to make a statement by asking the police officer to have driven the said Aburged vehicle on the spot by phone to make a false statement; and (e) let F make a false statement.

On March 6, 2019, at around 02:00, the Defendant instigated a person who committed an offense corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment to escape, by making a false statement that F would have caused an accident while driving the said vehicle at the G District at the Jeju Western Police Station G District, which was called to the site after receiving a report of the accident from F on March 6, 2019.
