[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

[Defendant B] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s co-principal is a certified public appraiser who operates the K appraiser’s office on the second floor of Pyeongtaek-si J, and Defendant B is a person engaged in agriculture.

Upon the recommendation of the Ministry of National Defense, the Defendants conspired to receive money in return for the solicitation that Defendant A would be able to conduct an appraisal at a high price from C, and the other appraisal corporations will receive money, by concluding that Defendant A was entrusted with the business of appraising four lands and their above-ground objects by the Ministry of National Defense as follows:

Defendant A, at around 12:00 on June 5, 2013, at the Mpenta in the operation of L, which was permanently located at L on June 12:0, 2013, issued an appraisal report on the land in which the appraised value of 12.6 billion won is stated in C during the case of permanent stay at the time of the acquisition of land in the military base shooting range safety zone, and the case of the acceptance of appraisal duties for the land in question, which is located at the time of the acquisition of the appraisal duties. Since then, the Defendants conspired as above, around 13:00 on July 23, 2013, in violation of their duties upon receiving the illegal solicitation from C, that “the amount of appraisal shall not exceed 70-8 billion won.” Since the amount of appraisal is reduced to 200 million won due to rain, etc., the Defendants would cause another appraisal corporation to appraise the said land and the above ground at a high price, and would pay compensation to the other appraisal corporation.”
