Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2014, at around 12:58, the Defendant entered the sea from the king Bathing Beach located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, to the sea, and was rescued by C by the police officer of the Incheon Coastal Police Station, who was called the Incheon Coastal Police Station to report that the Defendant was suspected of committing suicide, and was protected at the king Bathing Beach rescue Center.

At around 14:00 on the same day, the Defendant was waiting to leave a taxi to D assistant for returning home without questioning the identity from D slope, who is a police officer belonging to the above police station, even after being asked about the identity, and was waiting to leave the same for returning home.
