Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2013, when the Defendant was under the influence of 0.112% of blood alcohol concentration at around 19:45, the Defendant driven a C Poter Cargo with C 0.12% of alcohol concentration, and proceeded straight ahead of the three-lane road from the Gu consul-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, to the panit High School, while driving the three-lane road from the Gu consul-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.
