Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 2. The allegations and judgment of the parties
A. 1) The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) succeeded to each of the instant deposit claims to the deceased’s heir. As such, the Defendants are obligated to pay the Plaintiff money equivalent to the Plaintiff’s share of inheritance among the instant deposit claims. 2) The Defendants’ assertion as to the inherited property of the deceased was carried out by inheritance different from the statutory share of inheritance or may be subject to division of inherited property through consultation among the co-inheritors. As such, some of the instant deposit claims are prohibited from being paid due to provisional attachment, and thus, they cannot respond to the Plaintiff’s claim, since some of the instant deposit claims are prohibited from being paid due to provisional attachment.

1 If the content of performance, such as monetary claims, is jointly inherited, it shall naturally be at the same time as the commencement of inheritance.
