1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,491,884 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from December 26, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of law (Article 208, Paragraph 3, Item 3 of the Civil Procedure Act), however, the creditor of the same cause of claim shall be changed into "Plaintiff" and "debtor" into "Defendant", respectively.
