A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened windows for the operation of the victim D in the above terminal, opened, stolen cash worth KRW 120,00,000, which was owned by the victim, and was owned by the victim, after opening the network installed on the window following the above terminal; and (b) went into the shop for the operation of the victim D in the above terminal.

2. On June 23, 2017, at around 00:53, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged the windows of the above ticket office with a view to destroying the windows of the victim E agricultural cooperative management in the above terminal; (b) invaded within the above ticket office; and (c) did not commit any attempted theft, even though the inside of the ticket office was colored to steal the property owned by the victim, without finding any property to be stolen.

The reasons for sentencing under Articles 53 and 55(1)3 of the Criminal Act include: (a) the Defendant recognized and reflects the instant crime; and (b) the degree of damage from the said crime was not so significant; (c) on the other hand, the Defendant committed the instant crime in a planned manner, such as preparing tools in advance; (d) there is no good quality of the crime, such as destroying closed circuit TV installed therein to prevent the occurrence of the crime; and (e) no effort was made to recover damage.
