Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a paid job placement service in the name of “C” in Jeju City B.

Any person who intends to provide domestic fee-charging job placement services shall register with the head of a Special Self-Governing Province branch office, Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the location of the main office.

Nevertheless, from July 1, 2015 to June 1, 2016, the Defendant, without registering a fee job placement service with the competent authorities in Jeju-si B, operated a fee job placement service, such as arranging workers with an average of 5 to 6 hours per day to work at dry field or a construction site of Jeju-si, and receiving 10,000 won per day in return.
