A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny and night thief;

A. On February 21, 2019, around 02:40 on February 21, 2019, the Defendant attempted to steals the victim’s property, and attempted to steals the stolen article, on the ground that the Defendant stolen the article by cutting the device of the entrance, then cutting it out by cutting it out with the upper door, and intruded it into the upper part, but did not have stolen the article, and thus, attempted to steals the victim’s property.

B. On February 21, 2019, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) stolen goods from the victim F’s G restaurant operated in Changwon-si Mhappo-si E; (b) invaded the goods into the restaurant through its windows; and (c) stolen the goods from the accounting unit with the Defendant’s safe amounting to KRW 100,000 in cash and the victim’s market price in which the Nonghyup Card was included; and (d) stolen the victim’s property.

2. On February 21, 2019, the Defendant, in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, was entitled to use the victim I at the convenience point of the victim I’s operation in Changwon-si, Changwon-si on February 21, 2019, as if the Defendant were entitled to use the victim I properly.

The F's e-mail card, which was stolen in the same manner as the same, presented the F's e-mail card, and settled it, obtained e-mail and tobacco equivalent to the total market value of 6,100 won owned by the victim from the employee, and obtained it by defrauding it, and used the stolen debit card with the total amount of 256,400 won from the victims 14 times from around that time to February 21, 2019 in the same manner as the attached crime list in attached Form 08:59.
