Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a natural green area, who has changed the use of livestock pens into a house (80 square meters) without obtaining permission for land in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the development restriction zone.

On November 8, 2012 and November 21, 2012 of the same year, the Defendant did not comply with a corrective order issued by the head of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office to restore the building to its original state.
