The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving Obane.

On July 7, 2013, at around 05:09, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant driven approximately one kilometer from before the small house in front of the small house in which it is impossible to identify the trade name of the air conditioners located in the state of Busan, the said vehicle at around 0.147% of blood alcohol level.
