A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a freight truck B.

On December 23, 2019, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at around 20:10, while proceeding one-lane road in front of the Gyeongbuk-gun in front of the Gyeongbuk-gun in front of the Gyeongbuk-gun in front of the Gyeongbuk-gun in front of the west-gun in front of the west-do in front of the west-do in front of the interest.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim by occupational negligence during approximately three weeks of chills and tensions in need of treatment.

2. On October 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and received a summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Matern support of the Daegu District Court.

Although the Defendant had past record of violating the provision prohibiting drunk driving more than once, on December 23, 2019, at around 20:10, the Defendant driven the B-wing truck with a blood alcohol level of about 0.122% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license at approximately 3.2 km section from the front of the Defendant’s residence in the Gyeong-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, North Korea, to the point of accident as set forth in the above paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant is able to make two times the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol.
