A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a medical doctor belonging to the DD hospital located in Gu-si C, and the victim E (the age of 22) is a patient who was within the above hospital in order to undergo a booming surgery, and the victim F (the age of 22) is the victim E-gu and the victim G (the age of 48) is a nursing assistant belonging to the above hospital.

1. On December 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the victim by a deceptive scheme, such as inserting a hand into the cat of the victim E in order to undergo a knife joint operation at the 7th floor of the above D hospital; (b) holding the victim E in the atmosphere to undergo a knife joint operation; and (c) holding the victim’s chest on both knife by hand.

2. At around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force, i.e., assaulting that the above E resisted against the above indecent act on the second second floor of the above DD hospital, stating that “I must conduct an original examination of the breast cancer at the time of diagnosis and treatment, and to conduct an examination of the breast cancer, the chest must be left by hand, and the chest of the victim G in nursing care for the victim who was on one’s own side is confined to both hands, and that “I conduct this inspection at first,” while the victim F who observed this, “I conduct this inspection at first,” the Defendant committed an indecent act, i.e., cutting the F’s chest with his own hand and rhying him.
