Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 500,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's Dong branch branch court, and a summary order of KRW 1.5 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Yeongdeungpo branch court of the Daegu District Court on November 23, 2012.

On May 12, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.108% with blood alcohol level around 23:13, 2015, driven approximately 1 km to the front road of the building in front of the D cafeteria located in the Busan Suwon-gu C.
