A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From May 2009 to September 2014, the Defendant practically operated D in the same place from around 1609 to around 2014, and from around September 2014 to May 2015, the Defendant substantially operated D in the same place.

On May 209, the Defendant entered into a contract for the use of the infrastructure service with the U.S. Plus and IDC (Internet Data Center). While entering into a contract for the said service with the users, including the companies and public institutions, the Defendant was willing to maintain the service use contract by issuing a note and a promissory note in the name of F, a representative director of D and F, under the name of F, in order to maintain the service use contract by submitting a note and a promissory note to LIS. (State) on June 2013.

1. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. A. Around June 14, 2013, the Defendant stated, at the Daejeon Law Firm Office, that, for the purpose of exercising, a notary public “creditors: (ju: D) : (F) : Amount of debt: F; and D 7,00,000 won as the amount of payment; and the issuance of a promissory note work and joint and several surety: F and G: F and G’s seal attached to the Defendant’s name; and forged one of the joint and several surety payments under the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations, affixed the seal of the Defendant’s custody; and immediately knew of the forgery, the Defendant exercised it as if it was a document duly formed by the forgery of the payment letter of joint and several liability with H as above.

B. On May 19, 2015, the Defendant stated, at the above (ju), “Creditors: (ju): D/(ju); and (ju) E: F, debt amount and joint and several surety amount: F: 69,798,400, and joint and several surety amount: F, F, and G: one copy of the payment for joint and several liability in the name of F, a private document pertaining to rights and obligations, by sealing the said F’s seal in his/her name.
