1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 19.2% per annum from April 29, 2017 to the date of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence and Eul evidence Nos. 1 and 1 through 3 and all the arguments, it is recognized that the plaintiff extended a loan to the defendant on Nov. 28, 2014, with a period of 10 million won and interest rate of 19.2% per annum (1.6 million won per month). The defendant paid only interest prior to April 28, 2017 on the above loan and delayed the repayment of principal and interest.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 10 million won of the loan and interest on the loan with the rate of 19.2% per annum from April 29, 2017 to the date of full payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified within the above scope of recognition.
