A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From around 16:00 on July 30, 2013 to 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant used the victim’s face at one time as drinking, and used the victim’s face at one time, and assaulted the victim’s body from walking back to several times.
