1. The Defendant’s KRW 33,280,00 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from June 28, 2018 to January 31, 2019.

1. Claims against the Defendant by the Plaintiff: The fact that there is no dispute over the unpaid amount of KRW 3.28 million out of the total amount of KRW 4 million, including the loan amount of KRW 2 million on February 19, 2017 and KRW 2 million on September 26, 2017;

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 3.28 million won and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum prescribed by the Civil Act from June 28, 2018 to January 31, 2019, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, to the plaintiff, and 15% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
