1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,659,550 as well as 20% per annum from August 30, 2013 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The parties' assertion
A. In principle, the Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff applied the unit price based on the weight of the steel board to the Defendant, cut and processed and supplied the iron plate with the shape and size required by the Defendant, but the Plaintiff did not pay the price calculated as KRW 910 per km for the iron plate with a thickness of 40m or more, and KRW 880 per km for the iron plate with a thickness of 40m or more, and KRW 40m or less for the iron plate of less than 40m or KRW 880 per km. From August 22, 2012 to September 14, 2012, the Plaintiff supplied 239.926 tons from August 22, 2012 to KRW 217.861 tons following the revision and reduction of the supply weight at the end of September. 2012. The Defendant did not pay the supply volume to KRW 25,659,550 to tons of 26.86 tons in each transaction with a weight of 2 or 3 tons per unit.”
B. During the above period of the defendant's assertion, the plaintiff was only supplied with a product of 194.756 tons from the plaintiff and paid the price in full. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case cannot be complied with.
2. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings in each description in Gap's Nos. 2, 4 through 8, 10 through 13, 17 through 24, and Eul's Nos. 2 through 4 (including paper numbers), the plaintiff and the defendant entered into a steel plate supply contract in principle with the unit price applied according to the weight of the iron, and delivered steel plates from August 22, 2012 to September 14, 2012; the plaintiff made steel plates using the cNC (computer numbers) type applied with the cNC type applied with the cNC type applied with the cNc type applied with the cNc type applied with the cNc type applied with the cNc type applied with the cNc type applied with the cNc type applied with the cNc type applied with the cNc type applied with the cNc type applied with the cNc unit.
