1. The Defendant’s KRW 809,600,000 as well as 6% per annum from September 23, 2016 to May 23, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. 1) On July 19, 2016, the Defendant awarded a contract to the Plaintiff for the interior and electric facilities construction of “C” (hereinafter “instant contract”).

The details of the instant contract are as follows.

2. Construction site: D (E building underground floor);

3. Date of commencement: July 19, 2016.

4. Date scheduled for completion: August 30, 2016.

5. Contract amount: Amount of KRW 1,619,200,000 (including value-added tax); and

8. A completed amount: August 16, 2016 (20% or more of the total construction amount, 50% or more of the balance, 45% or less after completion of 50%) 13.
