1. The Defendant’s legal reserve of inheritance on November 8, 2017 with respect to each of the 3/88 shares in each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiffs and the Defendant were children of E and F, and E were dead on October 9, 2012, and F on September 18, 2017, respectively.

On July 13, 201, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff was completed on each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “each real estate of this case”) owned by E.
As to this, the Defendant and the Deceased asserted that the above gift contract is null and void after the death of E, and sought a transfer of 2/11, 3/11 shares equivalent to the inheritance shares due to the restoration of the authentic title.
(C) The Plaintiff filed a preliminary claim for the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the cancellation of a title trust agreement, and the third/22 shares as to the third/11 shares, and filed a preliminary claim for the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the restoration of real name in the title trust agreement. The Defendant added the primary claim for the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the restoration of the real name in the title trust agreement, and filed a preliminary claim for the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the restoration of the real name in the title trust agreement, and filed a preliminary claim for the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the restoration of the real name in the title trust agreement.
C. On March 27, 2014, Plaintiff A recognized the Defendant’s primary claim on the date of pleading.
On April 24, 2014, with respect to the deceased’s claim against the deceased, the court rendered a judgment ordering A to dismiss the primary claim based on title trust, and to accept the conjunctive claim and to execute the procedure for ownership transfer registration based on the title recovery as to 3/11 share of each of the instant real estate. The judgment became final and conclusive around that time.
Accordingly, on May 15, 2014, the Defendant as to the portion of 3/11 of the instant real estate in the name of the Deceased, and 1/11 of the instant real estate on May 23, 2014.
