A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

【The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on June 8, 2006, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act. 【Criminal fact-finding on November 20, 2016, the Defendant driven a car (SM7) with a 0.193% alcohol concentration in the blood while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 10k away from the road in front of the Gyeongwon-won Hospital located in the Daegu-gun, Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu, Seowon-gun, Daegu-gun, to the road in front of the Seowon-won Hospital located in the Daegu-do.
