Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a sports vehicle in his/her own country.

On March 7, 2016, the Defendant started driving the said vehicle at the section of about 20 kilometers up to the point of about 330.8 kilometers from the middle-speed highway, which is located on the Macheon-si, the center of Gwangju City, while under the influence of alcohol in light of the zero percent (068%) of the zero-point alcohol concentration in blood, and driving the said vehicle at the section of about 20 kilometers up to the 330.8 kilometers away from the middle-speed highway at the center of Gwangju City.
