Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Gsch Rexton car.

On November 24, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car on November 17:32, 2014, and proceeded at a three-lane road in front of the wooden MbC, which is located in a 345-lane, Sinpo City, Sinpo City, at a speed not to be known one-lane to the market, from the third square.
