Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2013, around 15:30 on August 15:30, 2013, the Defendant issued an order of food equivalent to approximately KRW 60,000,00 to the victim, including seven persons, alcoholic beverages, etc., as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, thereby deceiving the victim, and was provided food on the job by the victim.
