The defendant 2016 High 21 is the representative director of the corporation E located in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-si, and is operating gold-type manufacturing business using 16 full-time workers.

1. When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred;
