Defendant

A is the representative director of C Co., Ltd. who is responsible for the safety and health of his employees while comprehensively supervising the business, and Defendant B is the representative director of C Co., Ltd. who assist C Co., Ltd. and Defendant C Co., Ltd is the business owner who manufactures power generation facilities by using 30 employees belonging to E Co., Ltd. located in Seongbuk-gu E Co., Ltd. in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si.

Defendants A and B violated the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Defendants B’ occupational negligence on November 30, 2018: (a) around 10:57, the Changwon-si E Co., Ltd. located in Sungwon-si E Co., Ltd., Changwon-si; (b) caused the victim F (57 years of age) who is his/her employee, to handle heavy goods using crums and strawlss.
