A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months in prison at night in the Changwon District Court as a crime of larceny, and on December 31, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison.
1. At around 03:00 on September 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not set up in front of the studio of the victim D in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si; and (b) opened a door to the front of the studio of the victim D; and (c) opened a cream card in the Gyeongnam Bank, which is the victim owned by the victim on the front page, and stolen the 100,000 won of the market price, including one copy of the driver’s license.
2. Fraud;
A. At around 04:19 on the same day, the Defendant, at the G convenience point of the victim F’s operation in the same Gu E, proposed the above e-mail card as if the e-mail card was a legitimate holder of the e-mail card, and subsequently acquired 2,500 won of le-type tobacco and acquired e-mail.
B. The Defendant, at around 04:27 of the same day, was boarding a taxi operated by the victims’ names on the roads near the above convenience store, was on board a cab that was operated by the victims, and was on the roads near the Innm located in H in the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and subsequently, the Defendant, as if the Defendant was the lawful holder of the said ck card, presented the said ck card to the victim, obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount by paying the 6,300 won of the taxi fee
C. At around 04:36 on the same day, the Defendant was boarding a taxi operated by the victims on the roads near the above inn, and was boarding the taxi near the old J on the same day at around 04:44 on the same day, and then settled KRW 4,100 of the taxi fee by presenting the above cke card to the victim as if he was the lawful holder of the cke card.
The Defendant, around 04:46 on the same day, committed a theft at the K Anymymary clinic operated by the non-persons of the victims in the same J., Gyeongnam Bank.
