Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.183% among the blood transfusion around 02:20, the Defendant driven B rocketing car at the 3km section of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, the 405-ro, from around the franc Station located in Jung-gu, Seoul to the 405-ro.
