【Status of the Defendant】 The Defendant was the chairperson of the 9th National University E University Student Association of Korea (hereinafter referred to as “D”) around 2013.

[Criminal Facts]

1. Violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act;

A. A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration on June 21, 2013 shall submit a report stating the purpose, date, time, place, organizer, etc. to the head of the competent police station from 720 hours to 48 hours prior to the commencement of the outdoor assembly or demonstration.

Nevertheless, on June 21, 2013, from around 19:15 to 20:27, the Defendant, without filing a report with the head of the competent police station, 60 persons, such as D students, etc., from the street in front of the KT luminous branch located in 178 as the Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, in order to gather 600 students, etc., from the street to the society of the F, and instead, left off the Defendant’s free speech, etc., such as “the protection of democracy by university students,” along with the Defendant’s free speech, etc., “the protection of democracy by university students,” and continued to 200 students, who tried to go on the street with broadcasting equipment and cut off by the police officers. From the south of India branch of the KT T T T T T-Ull to the point of 21:05 on the same day, the Defendant used the above free speech of the Defendant’s society and ice culture, such as “the assembly and ice, etc.”

B.
