1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B and Defendant New America Co., Ltd. shall be jointly and severally, and KRW 517,314,241 among them and KRW 13,00,000 among them.

1. Basic facts

A. In 2004, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants for the claim for the amount of transfer (the Mine District Court 2004Gahap2436) and filed it on November 4, 2004, and limited to the following part related to the instant case.

After being sentenced, the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

Notes

1. The Plaintiff:

(d) Defendant B and New America Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) shall be jointly and severally liable for 454,60,000 won and 13,000,000 won among them, from April 1, 1998; from April 27, 1998 to 75,400,000 won, from June 1, 1998 to 74,700,000 won; from 49,900,000 won until 196.5% per annum from the following day to 195; from June 27, 1998 to 200; from June 29, 198 to 200,000 won, from June 27, 1998 to 19,69,400,000 won per annum; from June 27, 1998 to 19,709,309 to 198.

G. Defendant Company, Co., Ltd., Co., Ltd., Co., Ltd., Co., Ltd., C and B shall jointly and severally pay 25% per annum from April 2, 1998 to July 23, 1998; 24% per annum from the next day to October 11, 1998; 21% per annum from the next day to January 25, 1999; and 18% per annum from the next day to the full payment date; Defendant Co., Ltd., Co., Ltd., Ltd., and C and B shall pay 390,000,000 won per annum; and

(h) Defendant D shall pay 101,162,00 won among the money entered in the above matters jointly with Defendant D Company, C, B, and D Co., Ltd, and 25% per annum from April 2, 1998 to July 23, 1998; 24% per annum from the next day to October 11, 1998; 21% per annum from the next day to January 25, 1999; and 18% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment; and it shall be paid within the limit of 130,000,000 won per annum from the deceased H to the extent of property inherited from the deceased H;

(i) Defendant G, F, and E are the respective Defendant Company C, B, and friendly Co., Ltd.
