Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants were married couple's sectional owners in the Jung-gu Seoul Central District Court. Since around 2009, E in the middle-gu, Seoul Central District Court rendered a decision of provisional injunction (201Kahap1260) on December 6, 2010 with respect to remodeling work performed by Defendant A, etc., and on September 29, 201, the Seoul Central District Court rendered a decision of cancellation of the provisional injunction order on the first, first, second, and third floors of E in the same court as of September 29, 201 by raising an objection against provisional injunction.

Accordingly, in order to carry out the construction work permitted by the decision of the provisional disposition taken by the owner of a sectional owner on September 29, 201, G et al. requested H to perform the removal work inside the building site, and H continued to carry out the said construction work.

At around 16:20 on January 18, 2012, Defendant A interfered with the victim’s removal work work for about one hour and 30 minutes on the part of the body of the people employed by the victim H, in front of the above construction work. Defendant A interfered with the victim’s removal work for about one hour and 30 minutes in front of the body of the people employed by the victim H.

Defendants jointly and by force interfered with the removal work of the victim.
