1. All of the plaintiffs' primary claims and conjunctive claims are dismissed.

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Plaintiff C’s sales contract 1) On August 3, 2002, Plaintiff C is between Defendant D and Defendant D, the agent of Defendant F, and the said Plaintiff’s forest H 4660 square meters from Defendant F (hereinafter “instant forest”).
A) Of the foregoing, a sales contract was concluded with a 530 square meters (1752 square meters) which deducts a road to purchase 310 million won (hereinafter “instant one sales contract”), and the subject matter of the said sale is “the instant one parcel of land”.
2) The sales contract of the instant case is accompanied by a provisional partition indicated by the Plaintiff C’s purchase land and the instant road site, and the special agreement is as follows.
A seller shall grant a change in the name of the person who has obtained permission by no later than the balance date.
3. A seller shall grant a construction work for a height of the ground below the J to the extent of 2 meters prior to the remainder of the construction work.
4. The gradient of a road in the complex shall not exceed 20% until the entrance of the site at the entrance of the site.

The above contract of sale is accompanied by a provisional division, which is indicated by dividing the above plaintiff's purchase land and the road site of this case, and according to the special agreement, the above defendant shall set up a road slope by changing the permitted person of land transaction prior to the payment of the remainder and setting up the road slope within 17
