Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant has no fixed occupation.

A. A. A special intimidation: (a) around November 13, 2015, the Defendant: (b) expressed the view that the victim D (50 years of age) who is a business owner, disregards himself/herself within the main point of “C” located in Gunsan B, i.e., “A” on the ground that the victim D (50 years of age) who is a business owner, disregards himself/herself; and (c) expressed two prone bits (3 Hobbbbes) which are dangerous objects in the bit of the bitch, flue, fri, fluor, fluor, and fluor, fluor, fluor, fluor, of the fluor’s disease, caused the death of the victim, thereby threatening the victim’s life and body.

B. The Defendant damaged property at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a) of this Article, and at the same time and place, the locks of the main entrance door (or the market price equivalent to 40,000 won) was knifed as hand and damaged the property of another person, such as incidental facilities

The Defendant interfered with his duties, at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a) above, interfered with the victim’s drinking business over about 20 minutes, such as destroying beer disease and booming the beer’s boom, etc., and having 12 customers in the beer's house, who were in the beer's house, drink, etc.
