A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B rocketing car.

On December 24, 2019, at around 21:45, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.117%, and changed its course toward one lane on the road in front of the Sungpo-dong 589, Sungpo-dong, Sungpo-dong, Sungpo-dong, Ansan-dong, 589.
