A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

To order the defendant to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a student in the third grade of a high school located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the victim E (17 years old) is a higher grade allocated to the same half from the second grade of a high school.

B. On October 22, 2015, at around 24:00, the Defendant demanded the victim (the 16-year-old age) (the 16-year-old age) to find the Defendant’s sexual marina within the above G “G” pent, and had the victim fright to panty of the Defendant and fright the Defendant’s sexual organ.

On April 10, 2016, the Defendant called the victim (the age of 17 years at that time) within the Defendant's house located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City H on several occasions, and called the Defendant's house underground in the Defendant's house.
