【Criminal Facts】

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car B K5 car;

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and driven the said K5 vehicle without a driver’s license in a section of about 5 km from the North-west Earpyeong-gun to the place under the above paragraph (1).
